is very important and is used to expand sales
by making the product or service known to a wider audience.
The advert that a company
uses is its personal message. It has to be received loud and
clear. If not customers do not understand why they should
buy from the company or what it is they are getting. Knowledge
of the target market is
needed to help refine the message and to select the most useful
way to communicating the message to the particular group.
Advertising can be done through various different ways:
Writing the message - direct mail,
web sites, brochures, local newspapers, etc.
Speaking the message - telephone selling, television, local
radio, etc.
