1.- Introduction

In today’s lesson, we’re going to talk about making decisions. We are also going to look at the zero and first conditional.

Every day we make lots of decisions. In the morning, we decide what time to wake up, what to eat for breakfast and what clothes to wear.

Some of the decisions we make each day are more important than others.

 

A. Decide which category the following decisions belong in.

Getting married
What to have for lunch
When to go to bed
Going to university
Having a baby
Going shopping
Buying a house
What clothes to wear to work

We can form the first conditional with:

If + present (simple /continuous) + future (will/going to)

Or

Future (will/going to) + if + present (simple/continuous)
