-On cloud nine:

Estar fantásticamente.

Ejemplo:

Since I am here I am on cloud nine - Desde que estoy aquí estoy fantásticamente.

-On hand:

A mano.

Ejemplo:

I always have the keys on hand - Siempre llevo las llaves a mano.

-On the dot:

Ser puntual.

Ejemplo:

Please, be on the dot - Por favor, sé puntual.

-On the spur of the moment:

Cuando algo se hace de manera casi instintiva, dejándote llevar por el momento, sin pensarlo mucho, "sin pensarlo dos veces".

Ejemplo:

Sorry, I did it on the spur of the moment - Lo siento, lo hice sin pensarlo dos veces.

-One eye on:

Echar un vistazo a algo o tener un ojo en algo mientras se está realizando alguna tarea distinta.

Ejemplo:

Secreto que no lo es tanto, un secreto que sabe todo el mundo... o lo que es lo mismo, un secreto a voces.

Fuera de las normas, fuera de tono.

Ejemplo:

He said a lot of things out of line - Dijo muchas cosas fuera de tono.

-Out of luck:

Sin suerte (se dice a una persona).

Ejemplo:

You are out of luck, your travel has been cancelled - Estás sin suerte, tu viaje ha sido cancelado.

Fuera de servicio, estropeado.

Ejemplo:

The elevator is temporarily out of order - El ascensor está temporalmente fuera de servicio.

De mal a peor, estar en una mala situación para cambiarla por otra peor.

Ejemplo:
