In this lesson, we are going to look at how to write business emails. We are first going to read some advice regarding email etiquette. We are then going to look at the layout and language and finally we are going to focus on writing confirmation emails. Let´s begin!

Corfirmation Emails

Often when you work in a company you have to send and you will receive confirmation emails. We are now going to focus on the structure of these emails.

Language of emails

The language used in emails and letters is very similar. Therefore, the useful phrases that you learned in Lesson 13 will be suitable when writing business emails. We are however, going to focus now on the languague of confirmation emails and emails requesting confirmation.
