GRAMMAR -
PAST IRREGULARY VERBS
(gramática - el pasado de los verbos irregulares)

Sin ninguna duda, aparte de los verbos compuestos, esta es
la parte más difícil del inglés.
Hay que memorizar los verbos que están a continuación.

Esta regla para los verbos pasados regulares se mantiene en
pie: Para preguntar y contestar en negativo, se cambia el "do"
por el "did".
Did you go to Calatayud yesterday?
(¿Fuisteis a Calatayud ayer?)
I didn´t go to Calatayud yesterday.
(No, no fuí a Calatayud ayer.)
El problema viene sólo en el afirmativo:
Yes, I went to Calatayud yesterday.
Did you see me yesterday?
Yes, I saw you yesterday.
No, I didn´t see you yesterday.
(Observe que no hay cambios al hacer preguntas o contestar en
negativo : se emplea el infinitivo)
